How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel any time from the Subscription section in the app's Settings tab. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

How do I restore a purchase I already made?

Tap Restore Purchasesin the Subscription section of Settings. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm by typing DELETE. This permanently removes all your data.

What is the difference between Basic, Pro, and Elite?

Basic is free and includes core proposal tools. Pro ($19/mo) adds unlimited proposals and PDF delivery. Elite ($29/mo) includes everything in Pro plus all AI-powered features.

Is my payment information secure?
