Delete your account

Permanently erase your SubPro account and all of its data.

Request deletion

Enter the email address on your account. We'll send you a link to confirm. Nothing is deleted until you click that link.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and company details
  • All proposals, drafts, and proposal numbering
  • Saved clients, saved terms, and saved scopes
  • Your company logo
  • Calendar enrollments

What we keep

Billing and invoice records held by our payment processor. We are required to retain these for tax and accounting purposes (typically seven years), and they are not used for any other purpose.

Cancelling your subscription

If you subscribed on the SubPro website, your subscription is cancelled immediately when your account is deleted.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your SubPro account does not cancel that subscription. Those subscriptions are held by Apple or Google — not by us — and we cannot cancel them for you. You must cancel through your store account, or billing will continue:

We recommend cancelling before you delete your account, so you still have access while you do it.

Also worth knowing

  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • The confirmation link expires 60 minutes after it is sent.
